ANSWERS::

How many years old are the first roofs sealed with EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN that are still in good condition ?

The first roofs and still intact were treated 15 years ago.

Is there a possible health hazard when applying EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN ?

Yes it does adhere.

Where is it not recommended to apply EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN ?

Not suited for interior coating in solvent tanks.

Does SUPER PRIMER create a vapour-barrier ?

When SUPERPRIMER is applied as a thin film (60-100µm range) water vapour will diffuse through it.

What about shrinkage when EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN undergoes curing ?

None

Does EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN prevent roots from growing through it ?

Yes . Refer to the corresponding test-report. ( See REPORTS )

How should EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN - leftovers or disposible tools be discarted ?

Simply let dry out in the open air and dispose as plastic garbage.

Is it necessary to apply a metal facia when refurbishing a flat roof with EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN ?

Are the building cost to refurbish a flat roof with plastic sheets lower than using EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN ?

No .The EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN treated roof comes to a cost-savings of 60%.

Does EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN resist industrial atmosphere ?

Absolutely yes

What are the advantages of using EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN - against plastic sheeting ?

Taking the usable lifetime into consideration , the EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN roof is 60% less expensive.

Can EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN be used to seal joints ?

Yes

At what freezing temperatures will EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN change from an elastic rubber to a brittle substance ?

At minus 45 degrees Celsius

What is the EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN "Pot Live" ?

In a closed container EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN does not harden, since it is is a 1-component compound. Only when moisture from the air enters the container does a curing reaction set in and the fluid elastomer hardens at a rate of 4 mm /day.
