<1>Test certificate–flying brands resistance DIN 4107-7 report # 2.41/23 467

Testreport from the German Federal Institute for Product Testing on EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN regarding its fire protection against flying brands.This test led to perfect results. Major test-factor: the maximum allowable inclination of the test-roof was 30% which is more than double the inclination for flat-roofs coated by competitive liquid roofing products . Here EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN is the champion to protect against flying brands.

<2>Report on artificially induced weathering of "EVERLAST®"ROOFSKIN

Testplates from glass-fleece-bitumen were coated with EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN and exposed to a demanding 10.000 hour long weathering program at a 60% humidity level plus UV-radiation and alternating temperatures. The UV-exposure corresponds to the tests subjected for airbus jet-paints. This means this test equales a simulated 12 to 15 years of weathering in a normal climate according to test DIN 53 389-1-B-X.

This harsh test causes other roofing products to fail within a short period, whereas the EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN testplates do not show any cracks, nor bubbling or deformations. Such results are conform to the overall reality performance of EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN apparent after 15 years of weather exposure.

<3>Testing of crack bridging with EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN

For crack bridging coatings on concrete the German Institute for Steel Concrete Constructions has issued guidelines. EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN successfully passed the test in accordance to the" Directives for Protection and Repair of Concrete Construction Components" .

Unequaled and noteworthy is the fact that the dynamic crack bridging-test was sucessfull even at low temperatures of - 20 degrees Celsius, (here other coating products lost out).This extreme low-temperature dynamic-flexibility of EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN adds another safeguard to prevent concrete cracking..

<7>Hospital central engineering room sealing with EVERLAST®ROOFSKIN

The central engineering room of a large hospital in Southern Germany is situated directly above the ER( emergency rooms), the OR (operating rooms) and the maternity ward.This central engineering room is criss-crossed by a large number of hot/cold , cooling- and drinking water pipes.

Any leakage or pipe breakdown in this 7800 square meter large engineering room has caused in the past several times a year instant flooding of the premises, service interuptions and evacuation of the hospital areas situated below.
